Maity's Lab Students

Shuvadeep is passionate about understanding organelles and its crosstalk during cellular stress in aging and neurodegenerative disease conditions. He received his PhD in CSIR-IGIB, India, and did his postdoctoral research at NYU, USA. He believes understanding and finding therapeutic interventions to make the “organelle happy” can cure several diseases. Apart from science, he loves drawing and traveling to new places within and outside India.
